BETA. HIPAA Safe Harbor DICOM de-identification. Upload DICOM files (or a ZIP). The tool strips identifiers, regenerates UIDs deterministically, shifts dates per-patient, and produces a branded audit PDF plus a ZIP of the anonymized files. Validate on known-PHI data before clinical use.

The audit PDF contains the original-MRN → anonymous-ID cross-reference and therefore contains PHI — store it securely and never bundle it with the anonymized data. This module is BETA; validate against a DICOM-diff tool first.
