Multiple-BB SRS WL: expected lattice from plan/CT, REG 6DoF correction, per-met 3D deviation + full yaw/pitch/roll residual (which vendor tools omit).
Multi-metastasis (multiple-BB) SRS Winston-Lutz. Only the MV (EPID) images
are required — for each target on each gantry/collimator/couch image,
QuikQA compares the radiation-field center (from the 50% field edges) to the
BB's geometric center. The plan does not define the result; it "assumes
perfect alignment." The optional planning CT + RTPLAN only refine the target
layout used for matching (otherwise the built-in SNC MultiMet geometry is
used). Tick Use alignment CBCT / registration only if you want to apply
a CBCT-driven 6 DoF setup correction — with BrainLab/ExacTrac alignment
there is no DICOM REG, so leave it off. QuikQA also reports the full
yaw/pitch/roll residual vendor tools omit.
Tolerances default to the configured machine profile (TG-142). Review with
your Qualified Medical Physicist. Files are processed locally.
