Per-axis 2-D Winston-Lutz isocenter offset & wobble.

Per-axis 2-D Winston-Lutz isocenter: upload the WL DICOM images for a single axis sweep (gantry, collimator, or couch) and it reports the BB-to-CAX offset and the wobble (minimum-enclosing-circle radius) for that axis.
